WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

Why event organisers choose Tad1 specifically

When picking a ticketing platform, everyone says the same thing: "convenient", "fast", "reliable". The real difference lies in the details — local card processor, Telegram bot per event, Page Designer for branding, three-language buyer portal. Tad1 is built around exactly these details.

Built for Baku and the Azerbaijani market

International ticketing platforms miss many quirks of our market. To them, the manat is not AZN but an "exotic currency". Tad1, on the other hand, works right here — at Jafar Jabbarli 44, inside Caspian Plaza. Our team speaks Azerbaijani, and our customers are local event organisers who understand the realities of the ticketing business. This combination lets us bring world-class tooling that actually fits the local context.

Tad1 Pay — integration with the local payment gateway

Behind Tad1 Pay sits CIBPay — a licensed bank processor in Azerbaijan. Accepts Visa and Mastercard cards, supports Apple Pay and Google Pay. Money lands directly in your AZN account; no awkward currency conversion or international transfers to deal with.

Three-language interface — for the organiser and for the buyer

The platform admin panel is available in Azerbaijani, Russian and English. The buyer portal (My Tickets) works in all three languages too — guests pick their language at registration; emails and PDF tickets arrive in that language. Our support team also speaks all three languages.

Telegram bot per event

Around here, people rarely read SMS and even less often check email. Telegram is on virtually every phone. In Tad1 each event can be assigned its own Telegram bot username. The bot delivers order confirmations, the QR ticket and a reminder the day before the event. Available on paid plans.

Branding and integrations

Page Designer — the event page in your brand

Set each event page's colours, hero style (Full / Banner / Minimal), layout and CTA text in Page Designer. Upload a cover image, gallery (up to 10 photos), promo video (YouTube/Vimeo) and an agenda PDF. Instead of the standard "Powered by Tad1" line, the guest lands on a page in your branding.

Embed code — on your own website

Each event has an embed code — a simple iframe or JavaScript snippet. Place it on your corporate site and customers buy tickets directly with you, without being redirected to Tad1. Brand consistency stays.

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet tickets

The customer adds the ticket to their wallet in one tap. The ticket is always at hand, never lost, no need to print on paper. On event day the guest just taps the phone to the scanner.

Tracking pixels — measure the marketing funnel

Connect Google Analytics 4 and Facebook Pixel to the event page. See which ad campaign brings more tickets, which channel converts best. Next time the decision is based on data, not gut feeling.

Team and operational flexibility

Five role levels

Add team members with Owner, Admin, Manager, Staff and a dedicated Scanner role for QR check-in only. The accountant in the central office watching payments, the box-office agent handling sales, two staff at the door scanning QR codes — each gets their own account and permission level. The Scanner role only sees the scanner, with no access to customer data or reports.

Real-time QR scanner — across multiple gates in parallel

The scanner opens directly in a phone browser — the team installs nothing, just opens a link. Scanners on different gates connect to the same central database; ticket reuse is detected immediately. With re-entry tracking the guest can step out for a break and return (if allowed for the event).

Waitlist — joining a sold-out event

If tickets run out, the visitor sees a "join waitlist" button. When someone cancels or you open a new batch, one click notifies every waiting person. Reopen sales for a sold-out event without spending more on marketing.

Bulk resend and event cancellation

If the event time changes, the "Resend all tickets" button automatically sends the updated PDF to every guest. For full cancellation — "Cancel event" — the system notifies every ticket holder, card refunds take 5–14 business days.

Economic advantages people don't usually mention

Free plan — actually free

In many SaaS products the word "free" means either a 14-day trial or a heavily limited demo. The Tad1 Free plan is permanent — 100 tickets per month, 1 event, QR check-in, email notifications all work in full. Customers can start without entering a card. This is the ideal entry point for small events and first-time organisers.

White-label on higher plans

Thanks to the multi-tenant architecture, large organisers can build a fully separate brand. The event page, the PDF ticket and the email templates adapt to your brand. This raises the perceived professionalism and improves customer loyalty.

B2B and B2C in one panel

In the Customers module you create each customer as type "company" (with TIN) or "individual". Corporate clients are billed via invoice, individuals through the standard order flow. Everything in one database.

The platform scales with your event volume

30 events in a season? You don't need to switch plans. The Professional plan unlocks 20 events per month, the Business plan removes the cap entirely.

Team and support

Tad1 is a product built by TİME AGENCY LLC. The company is officially registered in Baku (TIN 1404612881) and operates at Jafar Jabbarli 44, inside the Caspian Plaza business centre. Customers can reach us directly — by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Our average support response time during business hours is under 5 minutes. On show day a "priority support" mode kicks in — a dedicated specialist replies to you immediately. That matters for an event team with no time to wait.
